I was having issues with my Mac reading my sd card today so I called Apple to make sure it wasn't user error. She told me that it could be that I wasn't running on the latest version and to update when we were on the phone ... didn't think twice.
well found my sd card but my entire work life is on fire. Lightroom is so slow -- I have spent hours trying to undo what I did and nothing is working. I saw that someone uninstalled lr and reinstalled the older version and it worked. I tried it and not it's saying my cat is corrupt.
im devastated. I have 16 sessions to edit and deliver 3 of that are weddings. The corrupt cat was one of the weddings. I have my back up raws but all my work is gone?
any suggestions? Please help
