Identity Plate Text not Showing and Hides the Rulers

In the print module of LR Classic ver 14.5.1, when I check the box "Identity Plate", nothing shows up in the viewer box below it and at the same time my rulers disapear from the top and left side of the editing area. I can right click in the Identity Plate viewer box and my edited plates list shows and I can choose any of them but nothing shows up. If I uncheck the "Identity Plate" option, the rulers come back. 

Is this a new bug? I have used Lightroom since version 1 or 2. I'm on an updated PC running Windows 11. I have closed/ opened Lightroom, also updated, several times. I have rebooted the PC a few times.  This just happened for the first time today after the latest LrC update.

Can you provide a screen shot or two showing this? I have LrC 14.5.1 also running on Windows 11, and I'm not seeing this behavior. 

Are you using a stylized text identity plate, or a graphical identity plate? Does the behavior change if you use a different plate?

I have seen this behavior in LR 15.0.1, and screenshots are attached. A bigger problem is that v. 14.4 messed up identity plates and made them unusable; some of my ID plates would show up, but most of them would not display in the Print Module, either on screen or when printed.  This did not improve with 14.5.1, and now in 15.0.1, no ID plate appears at all in the Print Module, whether the ID Plate box is checked or unchecked. I rely on identity plates for printing photo note cards for sale, so not having them function prevents me from using any updates beyond 14.3. I have posted to the forum twice about this issue and have received zero replies.

Lightroom v. 14.4 in Windows 10 and 11 messed up identity plates and made them unusable; some of my text ID plates would show up, but most of them would not display in the Print Module, either on screen or when printed.  This did not improve with 14.5.1, and now in 15.0.1, no ID plate appears at all in the Print Module, whether the ID Plate box is checked or unchecked. The Identity Plate Editor, selected from the Edit Menu>Identity Plate Setup... in Windows, states only "No options for Lightroom Classic identity plate," both when Lightroom Classic is selected and when Adobe ID is selected. I rely on identity plates for printing photo note cards for sale, so not having them function prevents me from using any updates beyond 14.3. 

Incidentally, in 15.0.1, when the Identity Plate box is checked, the rulers disappear in Print Module, as can be seen in the attached screenshots.
