Important steps for manually resetting preferences omitted from Help article

The Help article "Set preferences for working in Lightroom Classic" gives incorrect instructions for manually resetting preferences:

https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/help/setting-preferences-lightroom.html#Method2Manuallydeletethepreferencesfile

It omits two important steps:

- Before step 1, exit LR. Otherwise, it's possible that LR (or the operating system) could cause the preferences to be rewritten after the user manually deletes them.

- Step 2: The .plist and .agprefs files for previous versions of LR must be deleted as well. Otherwise, when LR restarts, it will read preferences from them.

Users often use the manual method of resetting so they can restore their old preferences if resetting doesn't help solve their problem. So it's important to have accurate documentation.

Another omitted step: Delete the Raw Defaults file:

Mac: /Users/user/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CameraRaw/Defaults/RawDefaults.xmp

Windows: C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CameraRaw\Defaults\RawDefaults.xmp

This where LR stores the settings in Preferences > Presets > Raw Defaults.
