I used to be able to import photos from MacBook Pro photos app direct to Lightroom.  Unfortunately now when I click import in Lightroom and under my hard drive I select photos and it says no photos available.  I basically now have to drag the photos from my photos app on my Mac to the desktop then I can import to Lightroom. I don't know if I accidentally changed a setting, but can someone help me so I can again import photos from photo app to Lightroom.

Pleas do a Google search for this topic. Basically Apple hides your images inside a Package folder when you import them into the Photos app. you have to get them out of that package folder to be able to import them into LR.

The manual method worked for me. Go to Adobe, https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/using/relinking-media.html, to see the steps that enable your browser to locate missing media. Go to Photos to find the assets used in your project. Export them to a folder that can be found easily. I had 34 .mov files in my project. Using "locate" in PP, browse to the folder where the assets are located and pick one file. Your project will open, and the assets will be shown in the Media Browser pane.
