impossible de changer de formule

J'ai actuellement la Formule Photographie (20GO) et je paye mensuellement

 

Je viens de recevoir un mail qui m'annonce que "le prix de la Formule Photographie (20 Go) annuelle, paiement mensuel, passe de 9,99 €/mois à 15,12 €/mois (TTC) à la date du prochain renouvellement.

 

Ce mail m'annonce que pour conserver mon tarif actuel, je peux modifier mon abonnement et passer à un plan annuel, paiement en une seule fois.

 

J'ai cliqué sur la bouton "gérer la formule" mais une seule possibilité s'offre à moi "mettre fin a votre service".

 

Merci de me dire comment faire pour passer à un plan annuel ?

I had this problem too, the Adobe web site did not allow me to change my plan. I contacted Adobe support and they helped me change my plan, it took less than 10 minutes. To contact Adobe support, follow these instructions:

 

Contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
In the chat field (lower right of screen), Typing “Agent” into the chat text field will bypass the initial chatbot.
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human. If you are not able to get to the chat window, then disable your ad-blockers, firewall, enable cookies/scripts on your browser. If it still fails then change your browser/machine/network.

bonjour, également le même problème suite à la réception du même mail, cependant mon tarif pour la même formule n'est pas le même, j'étais à 11.99€ par mois et il passe à 18,14€ par mois... j'ai peur de mêtre fait avoir jusque là!

You have to contact Adobe and have them convert your plan to Annual, those of us here in this forum cannot change your plan for you. Read them the apprpriate parts of the e-mail you got word-for-word (in other words, read them the part that describes that you can keep the same rate), and then say "This is what I want".

pareil ici ,  mais je pense que c est le tarif , j ai toujours paye 11.99 avant... il faut effectivement passer par le chat et mettre "AGENT" pour pouvoir avoir quelqun parce que sinon c est impossible de changer le paiement mensuel en annuel directment sur le compte... ce doit etre fait exprès...

Do not ask Adobe support to 'Change your Plan'!

Instead ask to change your 'method of payment' for your current Photography 20GB Plan.

I suspect some chat agents to not understand the difference and want to move you to the 'new' more costly plan.

Bonjour,

 

A mon tour,  je viens de recevoir un email m'annonçant "le prix de la Formule Photographie (20 Go) annuelle, paiement mensuel, passe de 9,99 €/mois à 15,12 €/mois (TTC) à la date du prochain renouvellement". Je n'arrive pas à modifier le mode de paiement (passer de mensuel à annuel) en raison d'un message d'erreur renvoyé par le site Adobe "Une erreur s’est produite. Veuillez réessayer". Celà fait plusieurs semaines que j'ai ce même message d'erreur sur toutes les pages du site qui touchent à ma formule, mes factures, mes règlements.

Je vais me mettre en recherche d'un "agent", mais suis preneur d'une autre solution si elle existe.
