In import dialog, check box can not off

In import dialog , manually off check box in folder that already read from camera,

then automatically set to on check box.

MacOS 14.2.1/M1 MBA/LRC 13.1/Nikon Z8

STEPS

Connect camera and call Import dialog.

Select Camera as source.

set to off check box manually

EXPECT

chack  box stay off until import starts.

REAL ACT

check box set to on automatically. again and again.

No photos shoot at previous date from import..
