Installing lightroom 6 after 3.6. I have the serial number but downloading doesn't work. What to do?

Download from here.

Download Photoshop Lightroom

Download both the Base LR 6 installer and the 6.14 update. Install the base program, LR 6.0 then the 6.14 update.

Even though you may have LR 3.x installed (doubtful on a newer computer with newer OS) you may need the actually serial # from LR 3.

That is IF the serial for LR 6 is for an Upgrade license. If Full version License then you don't need a previous versions serial number.
