Only if you re-install your operating system or install the trial on a different computer.

There have been times when Adobe has reset the trial period, though not on demand. It's usually been around the time they announce major new releases and they want people to try them out. The problem is they don't do it every time, so there's no way to know when they'll reset it again. Except to keep an eye on their press releases.

Otherwise the way to do it is to install on a different system, like John suggested.
