Is there something changed about the Graduated Filter in release 9.1?

I have Lightroom Classic 9.1 Release and when I apply the Graduated Filter, I no longer see the Color and a bunch of other settings like the Exposure and Contrast etc. This is what I have.

In the older version I see this. Did I have my Lightroom Class misconfigured?

Click on the triangle just below the word "brush" in the Grad filter panel

The 'spinner' triangle converts/toggles the adjustment tool (Brush, Radial, or Gradient) between the full panel with all the sliders available and an "Amount" panel that has one slider that will adjust ALL the sliders that have been used in the active Tool.

eg. If you have adjusted Exposure and Vibrance in a Tool, then the 'Amount' slider will modify both these adjustments between -100 and +100 by using the one slider.
