Issue with export dialog box

After installing Lightroom 13.3, my export dialog box is all white in the middle and no text is visible (see screenshot). Has anyone else experienced this? Once I installed the update, the "what's new" pop up was light grey with white text and barely readable also.

Try resetting the preferences: https://www.lightroomqueen.com/how-do-i-reset-lightrooms-preferences/

I believe I have seen this problem mentioned here before, and a preference reset did indeed solve it.

Unfortunately, that didn't work. I also tried installing a previous version, uninstalling and reinstalling completely. No joy. I cleared every prefs file and every piece of the app and still no joy
