I just updated or have tried to update the latest LRC. I had moved my files from another computer to my new computer. On the old computer, my files were stored on a Drive called the E drive. On the new computer, it is on my D drive. LRC was working fine with this change. I initiated the update to the newest version of LRC. LRC screen comes up, and I get this message Cannot write to the following Directory E
I am unable to open any of my files. How do I redirect the path to the correct location on the D drive?
I am not very computer savvy. Thanks for any help!

In windows, change the new computer's D drive to the E drive. Probably things will work properly when you do that.

Hi @NikeJeff
In addition to @dj_paige ’s suggestion, it’s also possible that the issue is related to folder permissions. Could you please check if the D: drive has full read and write access for your user account? Also, make sure your user account has administrator rights, as limited permissions can sometimes prevent Lightroom Classic from accessing or writing to the catalog location.
Regards,
Srishti
