  • The Lightroom Classic version you’re currently using.

  • A screenshot of the exact error message you’re seeing.

  • Does this happen with all photos or only specific ones?

  • Has this issue started happening recently, or was Noise Removal working fine for you earlier?

 

This information will help us investigate the issue more accurately and assist you accordingly.
