Lightroom: Open as Layers in Photoshop, not working in latest version 12.4. Is there a fix for this or is there one coming soon?
I'm on a macbook pro Apple M1.
thanks for your reply

Uninstall the beta. You may have to uninstall Photoshop 2023 too and reinstall it again. Then it should work.

Before your email I had removed the latest LR classic version and that didn’t resolve the problem. So Thank you for your instruction. I removed PS and reinstalled it first and it seems to have resolved the issue with the previous version of LR classic. I’ll see what happens once I update LR classic.

This message popped up after uninstalling and reinstalling Beta and then attempting to open an image in Beta from LR classic. After I clicked OK then my img opened in Beta however there are erroneous blk horizontal bars across my img. see below

Uninstalling and then reinstalling the beta is useless and not what I advised. I said you should uninstall the beta, period. And I said that it may then also be necessary to uninstall and reinstall the regular version of Photoshop, not the beta.

I uninstalled the beta again.
Do you think I will get a chance to use beta again once an update is released?

Well advised recommendations. Lightroom and Photoshop are now behaving as normal. The link herein significantly helps removing Apps, by the way. Use 3.6.8 AppCleaner version
