I have a Mac Studio with the latest OS and Lightroom version along with the up to date camera raw version. I recently purchased a Lecia SL3 and the profile doens't show up when importing a DNG. I see my Leica M11 profile show up but for some reason the Leica SL3 does not. After talking to Adobe Support they say the Leica SL3 profile is not in the application. How does one import the camera profile?

First up, perhaps a bit of confusion (confusion to me)
profile doens't show up when importing a DNG.
Is this application (attempt) occurring at:
maybe a scrennshot will help explain what you are seeing.
Ohh, or are you perhaps trying to create a preset involving the Camera RAW Defaults, and then attempting to use that preset at Import. Ass seen in the following video??:
What is your exact LrC version, current is v13.5. To support the SL3 requires v13.2.
along with the up to date camera raw version
Meaningless, the Adobe Camera RAW plugin is for use in PS. In PS it is very important. In LrC, the Camera RAW code is coded in the application.

See the screen shot. That's a photo imported from the Leica SL3. When I click on develop and profile their should be one listed for the SL3. I see the profile for the Leica M11 comes up when I do this. But with the SL3 it's not showing. It's only giving me Favorites, Adobe Raw and User Profile. There should be another drop down that just says "Profile" which has the Leica SL3 camera matching profile. Hope that makes sense.

And the RAW file in the SL3 is a DNG file? A DNG format?
Ok, the answer to that is yes. In a test catalog I use, where I experiment with various photos from members, I do in fact have one for an M10. None just yet for an SL3. And I can see that one (singular) Profile , well in this case a M10. Note that I have no idea how that one manages to show up.
I think this is an Adobe vs Leica issue. Not an DNG standard issue, Apparently Leica does use the full ADOBE DNG standard.
You may want to ask Leica to work with Adobe to create the camera matching profiles.
Also,l you can look for third party profie presets. For example the following site (I have no idea how good/bad, etc.):"
hmm, a preset from above turned out to not be for profiles, but you can use it upon import
