Processeur 2,4 Ghz intel Core i5 4 cœurs, Carte Intel Plus Graphics 655 1536 Mo, mémoire 16 Go, 2133 MHz, .

Merci

First up, that Camera RAW CACHE set to the default 5 GB is pathetic, as mentioned up it to at least 20GB. This will effect Develop Module edits performance

Second up, where is your catalog located? What hard drive? And how much free space in percent on that hard drive, And I do mean %. Looking for at least 20%  some say 25% free.

Third up, in LrC /preferences/performance/ Is the option to use graphics processor on or off, what is stated about it's capability (if on) and try with it Off.

Your card has quite low memory for GPU use and could be some of the issue. Masking needs more than 2GB for effective processing with 8GB recommended. The difference between the old i5/i7 and the M1/M2/M3 processors is an order of magnitude in the difference. I know it's frustrating to hear that about a relatively recent machine, but technology did make a jump at that point.
