I have found these PackageIcon.ico files in the Helper.lrdata, Previews.lrdata, Sync.lrdata and .lrcat-data folders. They seem to define the icon shown for the containing folder in Windows File Explorer (three black and one red in the list). If I remove them, the folder icons become the usual yellow ones, but the files are recreated the next time LRC is started. Maybe there is something more behind - a quick search didn't provide any immediate hits.

My attention to these folders was for a different reason. I found that they are not uploaded to my Synology NAS by the Synology Drive Client, and thus not synchronized to another computer. I don't know why this is because the folders appear to be regulars folders, just with different pictures in the file manager.
