Library/develop mode

Hi, when I view a photo in library mode I'm finding the image blurry however, when I switch to develop it's sharp. If anyone has advice I would very much appreciate it..

Are you looking at the photo in Library Mode is Loupe view, where it is blurry?

 

Can you show us screen captures of blurry and not blurry image? Please use the "insert photos" icon, do not attach photos.
