Lightroom 6.8 Delete from disk (Mac)

Community Beginner ,

I've just updated to LR 6.8 (Mac) from 6.2 and I can't work out how to delete photos from the disk any more? A dialogue box used to appear asking if I wanted to remove from LR catalogue or delete from disk but this doesn't happen any more - how do I fix this?

Thanks

What keystroke or menu option are you using. That dialog box still comes up when either right click > Remove Photo/s or menu item Photo > Remove Photo...

I had been using the delete key, is there any shortcut other than right click?

Do you get that dialog box with any of the options to Remove Photo?

I get the dialogue box when I go through the menu or right click, yes. I just wanted to know if it's still possible to use a shortcut!

It sounds as though your source is a collection, not a folder. In that scenario, using the delete key simply removes the photo from the collection (no warning dialog issued), but does not delete/remove the photo from Lightroom.

It was from a folder not a collection
