Lightroom 6 reageert niet meer

New Here ,
Sep 09, 2017 Sep 09, 2017

Alvast dank,

Jan

Google translation: Lightroom 6 stops responding. I bought Lightroom 6 on CD 2 days ago. After installing it, I can import CR2 files as a DNG file. This expires as desired and then proceed to the option. Here I can edit 1 photo. If I go to the 2nd I get at the top of my Lightroom 6 bar no longer respond. Does anyone know the cause? I've already installed LR6 again but the problem does not seem to be resolved. Thanks in advance, Jan

1. Make sure you have the most recent version of LR.  Do Help > System Info. If it doesn't show version 6.12, then you need to update your LR: Keep your Lightroom version up to date

2. If that doesn't fix the problem, uncheck the option Preferences > Performance > Use Graphics Processor.
