Lightroom 7.3.1 very unstable

After updating to 7.3.1 I have had no end of issues and problems, the most common being the following

Lightroom left idle it freezes

Plug in usb drive or similar causes intermittent crashes

Saving a photo from photoshop back into lightroom caused regular crashes

When i was using 7.2 i had no problem with any of these above the 7.3.1 seems the worst version i have ever updated to and have had to reinstall 7.2

Same here. Issues started two updates ago and wasn't addressed with the last update.

Support say they are working on it and try and fob you off with dialing into your system and mess up your settings which does nothing.

Pull your finger out adobe. This is second rate.

Just disable GPU acceleration in Lightroom and read a link on the Adobe website that' the standard answer on these forums.

This is still crashing crashing crashing crashing crashing crashing crashing crashing crashing crashing crashing.

EVERY day, many times a day, every week, every month for SEVERAL months already!

What is going on here??

This is NOT FREEWARE software ADOBE!

This is paid subscription soft YOU have broken and this is still broken.

ADOBE PLEASE fix IT.

Crashing for me all the time now on 7.3.1

It's never been perfect but its never been so bad or crash so often and quickly.

I can process one or two photos and then it crashes freezing up.

Should I revert to an earlier version or wait until 7.3.2 or 7.4.1?

Same, 7.3 it worked at first, the. 7.3.1 came along and can't even startup. I've done everything I can. Pretty much done with LR.

Same issue time to WAKE UP Adobe!  This is not freeware it is now crapware!!!  You need to stop adding thing and focus on stability, Lightroom cc classic IS NO LONGER USABLE!!!
