Short version - open the catalog you want to merge all the others into, then use File --> Import from Another Catalog to import each of the other catalogs into the master.

Decide which catalog you want to make as final catalog. Open catalog you want to merge. Catalog you want to merge, you go to file/export as catalog. Open final catalog, than in fanal catalog clihe file you just exported.ck on File/import from another catalog. Than import the catalog you just exported.
