Hello,
If you have created more than 10 mask, Lightroom brush it's starting to work really slow because of multiple masks. Please improve this in the next release.
I've attached a GIF to see the behaviour of the app.

Do the first masks that you apply to a photo work at the expected regular speed, and the later masks get slow ... or is the first mask you apply to a photo slow?

First second third forth fifth masks are fine, after this, it's starting to work really really slow

Unfortunately, there is such a thing as too many masks, because of the way Lightroom Classic handles the successive edits and masks, it can reach a point where the hardware can't really keep up (which seems to be what you are describing), especially if the masks are complicated masks.
Some things you can try:

Watching your video. I notice that the image selected is a Enhanced DNG file.Do you have the same issues if you say, copy the Develop Settings (selecting the masks) from the DNG, and applying (Paste) them into the original RAW (or a virtual copy of the RAW)?
This may only apply if the DNG wound up being much larger than the original RAW (and commonly if you do not go all bonkers in the Enhance, or not select super, it may actually be smaller)

If you have used the LrC Super Resolution feature, and then are trying to do brushing, then I have asked the wrong question. The right question is: how many pixels (width and height) is the enhanced image?
And if you are using Super Resolution, this increases the stress on the GPU for doing AI masks, and not surprisingly it starts to slow down the more masking you do.

I didn't used super resolution, only brushes to make some different edits.

Ok, sorry for the misunderstanding. Then I stick with my previous explanation.
