Lightroom Classic 15.0.1 cannot use all GPU acceleration options simultaneously with new NVIDIA RTX

Hello, I am experiencing an issue where Lightroom Classic version 15.0.1 cannot utilize all graphics processor options ("Use GPU for display", "Use GPU for image processing", "Use GPU for Export") concurrently. When one option is selected, the others become grayed out (mutually exclusive), preventing full GPU acceleration despite the GPU being recognized in the system info.
My system information is as follows:
System Configuration:
  • Lightroom Classic Version: 15.0.1 [ 202511041508-dddee541 ]
  • Operating System: Windows 11 - Business Edition (Version: 11.0.26200)
  • Graphics Processor: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080
  • Driver Version: 32.0.15.9144
  • Installed Memory (VRAM): 15.5 GB
  • CPU: 3.6GHz (24 cores)
  • Built-in memory: 64 GB RAM
Observed Behavior in Preferences > Performance:
When "Use GPU for Export" is checked, "Use GPU for display" and "Use GPU for image processing" are disabled (grayed out). This forced exclusivity prevents "Full graphics acceleration" from working as expected across all modules.
Relevant System Info Snippet:

Graphics Processor Info:
DirectX: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080 (32.0.15.9144)
Init State: GPU for Export supported by default
User Preference: GPU for Export enabled
GPUDeviceEnabled: false
OGLEnabled: true
GL_RENDERER: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080/PCIe/SSE2
Direct2DEnabled: false
The Direct2DEnabled: false status seems to be the core cause of the general acceleration issues, despite the latest drivers and software being installed. I have attempted manual configuration file overrides without success.
Has anyone seen this issue? Thank you!

yes, is that normal? additionally, my system info says that LRC is not using my GPU, it is not enabled, my Direct2DEnabled is also not being used and there is no GPU subfolder in the CameraRAW folder.  Thank you!

"yes, is that normal?"

Yes, the screen I posted is normal. The GPU options are listed in order top to bottom. Enabling the first allows (if the GPU supports) the next, then the next.

You will notice that when you have the last one checked, the previous two, while grayed, are in fact checked.

"my system info says that LRC is not using my GPU, it is not enabled, my Direct2DEnabled is also not being used, and there is no GPU subfolder in the CameraRAW folder."

I would request that you post in a reply a copy of your system info as LrC reports it (in LrC, click on Help click on System Info, Copy, then paste). However, I suspect what you are referring to is common and as expected.

Following is a truncated and edited (as to clear up space) copy of my System Info, with two parts brought to attention. These refer to protocols (or some other term) that LrC does not use (any longer). On a Windows System, LrC uses DirectX for GPU acceleration, requiring DirectX 12 support. Not Direct2, etc.

"and there is no GPU subfolder in the CameraRAW folder. "

Hmm, not sure why that would be. You are looking in:

Windows: C:\Users\[Your Username]\AppData\Local\Adobe\CameraRaw\GPU\Adobe Photoshop Lightroom Classic\.

correct?

Can you post in a reply a copy of your LrC /preferences/performance/ ? As to show what LrC thinks of your GPU? Might be an issue with the driver? Sometimes the newest drivers have issues.

And it is starting to sound like you may want to chat with an Adobe Tech.
