Lightroom Classic blue circle of nothingness

Hi there, I came back from a trip - just a few days, to find I couldn't open Lightroom Classic, which was working previously. I reinstalled - version 12.0.1 but it's still just doing the blue circle then nothing. PC is up to date and has lots of disk space. Can anyone help me please?

Try uninstalling then reinstalling using Adobe Creative Cloud.

If that doesn't work: Try the cleaner app and a clean install of the application.
