Lightroom Classic Catalog Upgrade issue

Hi all, I had a window pop-up telling me that I need to update my catalog. However, there is no button that says Upgrade - only the button that says Purchase in Russian (blue arrow pointing at it in the pic below). Does that mean that I'll be charged additionally for an upgrade? Thanjs 1.jpeg

This is almost certainly a translation error, because that dialog will never ask you to purchase anything.

If you do not see the update in your Creative Cloud Application, you can refresh it by hitting [Ctrl/Cmd]+[Alt/Opt]+[ R ].

Note: It may take up to 24 hours for your update to be available in your Creative Cloud app.
