Lightroom Classic crashes immediately after starting to use it and freezes the whole computer. The only way to exit the software is by restarting the computer.

We’ve reviewed the email address you use with this forum and find no crash reports in our system.
Did you see a crash dialog?
Do you use a different email address when filling out the crash report?
Was the crash dialog Adobe’s? Microsoft’s?

I probably didn't explain the problem correctly. After a few minutes of using Lightroom, the software freezes, it is not possible to perform any operation, including closing it. The only way to exit Lightroom in this situation is to restart the computer.

There should still be a crsh dialogue - see if you can track it down.
