Lightroom Classic encountered error with the local sync

Hello all, I am all of the sudden getting this error in my lightroom classic, I am running on a macOS Monterey, the error says that it has encountered an error with the local sync database and needs to quit. I push learn more to restoore from a cloud backup that I do not have, and the instructions that say how to solve make no sense as I don't have any of the files they describe. Does anyone have any extra insight with this error? I've uninstalled and reinstalled and it remains with the same error. Thanks for your help! Kalyn

Try if it helps to check the integrity of the catalog as follows:

Hold down the Alt (Opt ?) key while starting LrC. This will show a dialog where you could test the integrity of the current catalog.
