I have a photo on top of my work before I can begin post-processing my pictures. I'm also unable to load my images. I cannot get rid of the photo hiding my workspace. I have a Mac air.
This sound like a Secondary display window, which can be displayed by pressing F11.
Press F11 again to hide it.
The Secondary display window is meant to appear on a second monitor, but if you only have one, it will display on top of the normal program window.

Hi @donna_1525, welcome to the community!
Could you share a few more details, like which version of Lightroom Classic you're using and what you mean by a photo hiding your workplace? If you’re able to include a screenshot or screen recording, that would really help us take a closer look.
Thanks so much!
Alek
