Lightroom has never been incredible agile but the latest version are horrible to work with. taks that took seconds now are taking minutes and as soon as I start a task in lightroom it freezes my computer. Photoshop or other video applications that consume more resources work fine.  Is there any option to live support? all the options for calls is to sell not support

The PS part of that is a common fallacy. PS is a pike in terms of using computer resources compared to LrC. LrC is a known resource hog. As for other video Apps, depends on the App.

Moving on

1. Is your performance issue(s) in just the Develop module, or do they also occur in the Library module? And are their any particular actions that slow LrC way down, such as AI making, AI Removal, AI DeNoise, as opposed to a simple tonality edit?

2. Can you post a copy of your System Information as LrC reports it? From >Help>System Info. All the info from first line down to and including plug-ins (info after plug-ins just so much techno gabble)

3. Although some of this info is included in the above, can you post a screenshot if your LrC /Preferences/Performance?
