Lightroom Classic must be restarted after Topaz

When I make an adjustment in Topaz Denoise, it does not show back into lightroom unless I restart Lightroom. 

Then it does. How can I fix that?

What version number of Lightroom Classic are you using?

What process do you use to open the image file in Topaz?
