Hello. I got this problem.
I am using Lightroom Classic since years, now I have the last version 13.1 on MackBook Pro M1 14" MacOS Sonoma 14.4.1
I have a Canon Pro 2100 Plotter

My problem is when I try to print from Lightroom Print Module

In the Lightroom Print module I change the Print Settings (on the left side next to the Page Setup)
> Printer Setting > Printer Options:

Quality & Media:
Media Type: I set the right media paper loaded on plotter
Paper Source: roll or cut sheet (the one is loaded)
Print Quality: highest
click OK, then Save

But if I go back into Printer Settings, Everything just go back to default options.
the only way to print correct so far, was to save to a new preset ... but it works ony for that specific print, then everything just go back to default.

If I print from Photoshop, at the moment, 2 was correct

I have to use the Canon Print software, but i notice that print directly from lightroom classic, straight from the RAW file, is a little bit better cosindering the final result.

i don't know what i can do to fix the LR classic problem.
Thank you so much
Umberto
