Lightroom Classic V 13.0.1 Running exceptionally slow

Explorer ,
Oct 16, 2023 Oct 16, 2023

Hi Guys,
V13.0.1 Build [202310121438-d2af310c]

This build is running way slower than the previuos 2 builds, its almost not worth opening it.
The PC I have is no slouch, so im not thinking anything from that should cause its issues.
Latest Win 11 Pro
Z590 Aorus Xtreme MB
11th Gen i9-11900 250Ghz
128Gb Ram
GEForce RTX 2080Ti
All running on an SSD
The database had to rebuild / repair just to get it going at all.
Im going to try the delete all and do the fresh install idea ive seen mentioned for other issues, will come back with the results.

OK so two reboots to be sure it was uninstalled, and the install went ok, it seems to be doing way better.
Something didnt go as it should have on the update !

Lrc v13 on a MAC (at least) is taking both an initial install, then a restart, and allowing 5 minutes to complete the install. Apparently some components get installed during the second start.

So v537.42. At NVIDIA, for the Studio driver v537.58 is available. A even newer Game Ready one v545.84 is available, but I would not welcome Game Ready drivers for a creative application. Nothing in the Release notes for this update mentions anything adobe related. But you might want to give it a try. Remember to select custom install type as to force a clean install. The new Game Ready driver appears to be all about gaming fixes.

Built-in memory: 130926.4 MB

How much RAM? That looks like an odd number. What does Windows OS report?

Camera Raw virtual memory: 109MB / 65463MB (0%)
Camera Raw real memory: 112MB / 130926MB (0%)

That value always confuses me. In LrC, in /preferences/ how large are you allowing the Camera RAW CACHE to be? Could effect Develop performance.

I use the Studio drivers, and the latest one was installed jut thismorning, with no change on the speed of LR.
Here is what Windows reports, for the system.
...and Im really hoping there is another relase soon, the previous release was fine by me, no issues at all.

Thank you again for having a look, it is appreciated.
