I found the reason when i check if there any updates in the creativ cloud app and yeah, all programs were installed twice, the latest updates were also installed, so I had two different versions per program, i realy dont know how this could happen.

Hello, I've recently had the problem that Lightroom classic and what feels like every program I use from Adobe, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, after Effects are extremely slow, not a single program on the computer works, just the Adobe programs.
Maybe someone has similar experience and has some advice? I'm about to cancel all my creative cloud apps and look for something else, it's really giving me gray hairs.
I clear cache regularly.
There are still 200GB free on the disk where the library is located.
That E drive, how large? What I am curious about is how much free space in percent exist on that hard drive. Looking for at least 20% free, some say 25% free.

Anwendungsordner: G:\Adobe\Adobe Lightroom Classic
So, it looks like you forced LrC to be installed onto the G drive instead of the C drive. Any reason? This implies that you have space issues on the C drive, correct?

That may have not translated correctly. What programs work? What programs do not work?

Can you post in a reply a screenshot of your LrC /Preferences/Performance?

Hi, thanks for posting the screenshot!
You can try to optimize the preferences of Lightroom Classic using the steps suggested here: https://adobe.ly/490f6NW
Also, please ensure you have the latest drivers for the AMD GPU from AMD's website installed on your computer.
Thanks,
Nikunj

That 5 GB value for the Camera RAW CACH is the default. And even Adobe states that it is too small, and to increase it to 20 GB as a start, it may need to be bigger than 20 GB (depends on many things such as number and total size of photos edited during a LrC session, And what is being done in the Develop Module)
Note that this effects Develop Module performance, not Library Module performance.
Also, the Camera RAW CACHE does not have to be located on your C drive. The Camera RAW CACHE can take advantage of being on your fastest hard drive, but if that drive is running out of room, then place it on a different drive. (the performance hit us not so bad). Oh and it can compete with the Windows Paging file, and as your C drive is so small, that could cause a performance hit.
Recommend that you , moving and enlarge the Camera RAW CACHE.
P.S. same CACHE used in PS.
