Hi There.
I recently upgraded my PC from I9-9900K to I9-13000K. I also replace the MB to Asus Z790, upgrade to 64GB DDR5 RAM and use Separate M2 SSD for OS and LR storage and cache.
Since the upgrade LR crashes alot, specifically during the HDR Merge. Mergin sing set of 5 or 7 photos works, however, when I select multiple sets LR crashes everytime. Ocasionally merging 2 sets of photos works, but anything more will result in 100% crash.

But your driver is not the latest. For NVidia studio drivers, the latest is 536.67, dated 7/18/23. (31.0.15.3667)

I had a similar problem with Lightroom when I built my most recent Windows machine last year. Lightroom would crash the system whenever I did something significant like HDR merge.
After a lot of trouble shooting, I found that it was a memory module not fully seated. It only had impact when Lightroom started using lots of memory. For normal browsing the library and simple edits, everything seemed fine.
Once I traced the problem and reseated my DIMM, everything has been rock solid ever since.
