Lightroom crop tool seems to have changed?

Hello, as od the last few days I noticed that when using the crop tool, it no longer allows me to crop certain sides of the photo, but instead crops the entire image as a whole. Did somthing change?

Would you mind sharing some more details about the crop tool? A few screenshots would be really helpful for us to gether more information about the issue.

Also, what version of Lightroom and the Operating system you're working on?

Recheck that you do not  have porporsions  locked.

I haven't noticed anything updated that would cause this. The first thing to check is that your aspect ratio is not locked. Also, if possible, please share a screen capture.
