I have not been able to finish editing a wedding job. Lightroom is freezing when I use the tool bar, crop, rotate, switch to view another photo. This has been gong on for about 2 weeks. When I use use the toolbar and make an adjustment of any kind ex; exposure, I move the mouse and the dial stays in one spot. Sometimes the color will change and the dial will stay in one spot or nothing will happen. Nothing wrong with my computer, just when i work in lightroom. Does anyone know what the problem may be? I have a year membership that is active and the latest version has been downloaded. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.-Le Ann

Does it help to close and restart Lightroom? When I am processing a job with many photos it works for me to restart LR.

LATEST

Please state the exact version NUMBER of your Lightroom. Go to help->System Info and report the version NUMBER of your Lightroom. (Words like "latest version" are meaningless and often wrong)

Please try turning off the GPU acceleration (go to Preferences, click on the Performance Tab, then uncheck "Use Graphics Processor)".
