Lightroom Layout Bug

New Here ,
Apr 04, 2019 Apr 04, 2019

Hey, so I have an LG IPS external monitor on an Asus laptop.

I had no issues, until recently, where Lightroom layout on the LG monitor is all distorted. it is fine on the Asus monitor and gets worse if I minimize the screen and then maximize it.

Not sure what's up here. Thoughts?

Hi there,

Sorry to hear that, does it happen with any other application?
Could you try changing the display port and see if it helps?
Also, if you have a secondary cable, then try using that cable to connect the LG monitor and see if it helps.

You may also try turning off the Graphics processor by going into Lightroom's Preferences > Performance tab > Uncheck GPU, then Restart Lightroom.

Regards,
Sahil

This is a problem with the display drivers or your video card drivers or worst case the actual video card in your notebook. It really has nothing to do with LR

This only affects LR, not other Adobe product from PS/Indesign/AI etc...?
