I use Lightroom CC 2015 for Mac and Lightroom Mobile for my iPhone and iPad. It worked great for more than a year. However, in the last week or two, I have not been able to log into Lightroom mobile on my Mac. The sign in feature/window won’t even appear.
On my Mac, I have confirmed that I have all the latest cloud updates. I even uninstalled and reinstalled Lightroom. All to no avail.
Any ideas for how I can re-establish the connection for Lightroom mobile on my Mac?

Hi Sachin,
I assume you are using the version 6.0. However, for sync to work, you must be atleast on version 6.5 (2015.5). The latest version available now is CC 2015.10.1

I agree. I feel so frustrated having bought a subscription, only to find it doesn't work the way it should. Frustrated!

Hello,
I have the same problem.
Tried all I could find so far. As well everything suggested in this thread, including renaming caps folder.
Lightroom was just reinstalled, but the problem is still there. No pop-up window for logging into LR mobile appears.
Why can't things just work?

I too cannot log in to Lightroom Mobile. When I click on "Get started with Lightroom Mobile", I get a dialog box. I enter my email address and then I get pulsing dots next to the email address but nothing happens. I can't enter a password. Creative Cloud app is signed in.

This is not the latest version. Don't rely on the auto update mechanism through the Creative Cloud Control Center, but manually update from the Installer: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom/kb/lightroom-downloads.htm

I'm using Creative Cloud. That page is not for Creative Cloud but is for previous releases.

This is not the latest version. Make sure you manually downloaded the latest version from the link I provided earlier. Current version is: CC 2015.12 [ 1125239 ]
