Lightroom presets not showing

All 1000 or so of my presets are XMP. Ive imported them using lightroom. They appear in the appdata camera raw folder. Partial compatability is slected. Ive run through every check I can find on the web.

All I see are 4 presets from my user folder.

Starting to lose the will to live yet again with this software.

and to add, the preset folders I have do not appear in the manage presets popup.

Please attach one of the .xmp presets that don't appear here, and we can check for a couple different possible conditions.

If by "preset folders" you're referring to the disk folders in which the .xmp files are organized: LR ignores the on-disk subfolder organization of the .xmp files.  The preset "groups" you see displayed in the Presets panel are stored in the .xmp files themselves.  Only those groups will appear in Manage Presets that are actually displayed in the Presets panel.
