So I just logged into my lightroom on a computer I haven't used for a while and whilst I saw my folder with 1700 images, it wouldn't let me access (I had an email in July saying my subscription was being renewed). So I clicked to start the free 7 day trial because I just wanted to get in and work out what I was doing with my subscriptions, and there's now 0 images in the archive, and none in my cloud storage either. My account name hasn't changed and it doesn't show my subscription, only the new free trial. It seems this as happened to a few people but all quite different scenarios. All suggestions very welcome thank-you.
What variety of Lightroom are you talking about? Lightroom (Lr icon), Lightroom Classic (LrC icon) or mobile Lightroom?
Describe what happens, in detail, when it wouldn't let you access the folder. If there is an error message, please provide the exact unedited word-for-word error message. What do you mean by "access"?
