When editing in Lightroom Classic, suddenly when moving the cursor over the histogram — without pressing the mouse button — lots of editing steps are added to he left, and I have to go back to my last edit to undo all of those steps.
After closing och reopening LrC, the effect is gone and nothing happens when moving over the histogram.
This is the second time this happens, and it is very annoying.
What to do to make sure it is not happening again?
(Windows 10, LrC version 11.0.1 swedish language version)

I've moved this from the Using the Community forum (which is the forum for issues using the forums) to the LRC forum so that proper help can be offered.

Two suggestions:
1. Try switching to another mouse, or from your graphics tablet to a mouse. Maybe the mouse is generating spurious click-and-dags that were changing the Whites (Vita) setting.
2. Try resetting LR's preferences:
https://www.lightroomqueen.com/articles-page/how-do-i-reset-lightrooms-preferences/
LR sometimes soils its preferences file, and resetting it can fix all sorts of wonky behavior. That article explains how to restore the old preferences if resetting doesn't help.

Thank you for the tips, I'll try them next time the problem occurs.
I will also check how it works with different combinations of pen (on Wacom Intuos Pro) and mouse, wireless or connected, to try to lolalize interference.
The possibility to reset preferencies seems useful.
Thanks again.
