Hi all,

I have recently upgraded to a Nikon Z8, still have a Z6ii, and use the FTZ V1 to run my 70-220 2.8 ED FL lens.

All Cameras, Len and Adapter on Latest firmware. I only Shoot RAW/NEF, so it's not that I'm shooting jpg.

LrC continues to read the 70-200 FL as the older 70-200 2.8 E lens , but ONLY when shooting on the Z8. When shot and imported to LrC on the Z6ii it reads as the 70-200FL.

Anyone else had this issue and know of a fix?  It's frustrating having to batch-change the Lens profile for all my images shot on this lens

The Metadata panel's Lens field displays what the camera recorded in the EXIF metadata:

Since that is showing the wrong lens, that indicates that the camera is recording it incorrectly, and you should contact Nikon to fix the bug (good luck with that).
