Masking issue with Lightroom and ACR

I am using version 12.1 of Lightroom Classic on a Windows 10 system and a Wacom tablet (v6.4.0-11).  I have noticed that when I edit a mask using a brush and the flow is set to 100 that I have to go over the area multiple times before the mask is fully removed.  I have replicated this in versions 10, 11, and 12 of Lightroom Classic and in ACR.  When editing a mask in Photoshop I do not experience this issue.

Has anyone else experienced or is experiencing this issu?

Have you checked the other settings of the brush?

Please provide more details. Do you have a Mask in place and are you trying to remove parts of that Mask using a Brush mask?

A screen shot or short video clip of what you are doing would be very helpful.

Check that Auto Mask checkbox at bottom left of the Brush slider panel isn't active.

What happens if you disconnect the Wacom and brush with the mouse?

+1 for trying without the Wacom or when hooked up. There have been a number of differing reports of issues with that product line.

Regarding the wacom, I would also suggest you uninstall the wacom driver, then download and install the latest Wacom driver for your tablet. An old or even corrupt driver can cause weird behavior.
