I have the problem that I moved my pictures from my old hard disk to another new hard disk and deleted the pictures then on my old hard disk. I still have the pictures on my new hard disk, but just the raw files. Unfortunately, I can no longer edit my images because the file no longer exists on my old hard disk. However, I still have the image on my new hard disk. How can I now copy the protocol, which is highlighted in gray, from my editing steps in order to apply it to the image on the new hard drive? Are my editing steps completely lost? I can still see exactly what I did in the log, but unfortunately I can't see how I applied masks to the image, for example. That would only work if you create a preset, right? I tried that too, but since the images are no longer on the old hard disk, I can no longer create a preset. How can I find my editing steps including masks, brushes etc. and how exactly I applied them to the image? I tried to reproduce it again like in the log but there are not all informations in it like how I used the picture for the mask, brush and more. Just saturation and something I could reproduce
Please find my sceenshots attached.
I already tried this: https://www.computer-darkroom.com/lr2_find_folder/find-folder.htm but the problem is it´s not working somehow. please find my screenshots attached.

It sounds like you used Windows File Explorer to move the files as opposed to LrC. The LrC has pointers to your photos. You can find them in LrC and link them to your new location. Here's a point to some help https://www.lightroomqueen.com/check-catalog-missing-files/#:~:text=To%20check%20which%20photos%20ar....

As part of the post @DS256 has linked, there's another link explain missing folders in Lightroom in detail. It's at https://www.lightroomqueen.com/lightroom-photos-missing-fix/ and as you'll see there's no point having this as text because there are a lot of copyrighted explainer images in the text.

Apparently my reply was treated as mean, or their are multiple postings. At any rate another try, but being nice.
In that second link, ( I will include below) read the entire thing, but actually start with part 2, updating the folder location, updating the folder location is a lot more efficient than updating photo locations.
