Missing image in Develop mode

New Here ,

I have the latest version of LRC V12.0.1, and my bug is that when trying to use the develop mode, I get nothing in the main window. Click on the film strip and the picture does not show on the window.  It only shows while on Library mode but once I switch to Develop it's gone. I'm running W10. Does anyone have a solution? Thanks in advance.

Try to turn off the GPU in Edit > Preferences > Performance. (set Use graphics processor to Off)

If that fixes the issue, go to the website of your graphics card manufacturer and download and install the latest driver, then try to turn the GPU back on.

Another possibility is a defective monitor profile.

As troubleshooting, and as a possible temporary fix, try setting the monitor profile to sRGB. (use Adobe RGB if you have a wide gamut monitor)

If this fixes the issue, you should ideally calibrate your monitor with a hardware calibrator. This will also create and install a custom monitor profile that will be more accurate than sRGB.

With LrC closed, press the Windows key + R, type colorcpl in the box and press Enter.

Add the sRGB profile, then set it as default.

If neither of these suggestions work, you probably have a corrupted Camera raw cache, which contains your Develop previews. Click Purge Cache in Preferences > Performance to delete it.
