Not able to remove individual photos from All Synced Photos

When trying to remove individual photos from the All Synced Photos folder, I get the loading bar at the top left of the screen saying "Removing Photos...", but then nothing happens. 

I also tried removing these photos from the synced collection, and while it did remove them from that collection, they are still in the All Synced Photos folder. 

Lightroom Classic Version: 13.1

MacOs Version: 13.0.1

Expected Result: Remove photos from All Synced Photos folder

Actual Result: Nothing happens to the photos

When you select an image in All Synced Photographs and select Delete you should see a popup dialog, select OK and the image should be removed.

 If you do not see the dialog box go to Lightroom Classic > Preferences > General tab and select "Reset all warning dialogs.
