If the OS or the driver is not available or possible and the problem persists, then try the following

You should be able to use the Refine tool to touch it up. Checkout Julieanne's nice tutorial video.

Just a comment on the tool name... since this tool mimics depth of field how about calling it that? Best, DAW.

In the Refine section, there is an "Auto Mask" button. Lens Blur appears to be deciding what the subject is to generate a mask of some sort, but this doesn't actually create a mask that could be used or refined. I think this should be tied together somehow. I feel that the Lens Blur should be moved under the masking tools so that I can create the mask and apply the various lens blur types to it. Please consider adding a Tilt-Shift opion.

Have used pricipally for architectural and landscape subjects - on Lightroom Desktop Classic. It interprets the subject quite well in combination with the intuitive adjustment tools provided. I do have an aging PC so this along with other AI-based apps runs very slowly, but to completion.

It would be nice to have the ability for the lens blur to be copied when you're copy & pasting settings from one image to another.

Have you tried playing with the Point/Area Focus sampler tool? You can click on the location where you want to focus or do a marquee selection. Of course there is also the focus range slider controls.

I am obsessed with the new addition of Lens Blur!! It has leveled up LR for me and is taking my edits in post up several notches. Thank you for this addition.

Amazing quality and convenience. Just click and adjust with slider. Fantastic tool, a real time saver. Another reason to sell my expensive SLR and lenses, and just go with iPhone camera and quick and simple PS post.

Great addition. I find that occasionally part of the subject is blurred when it should not be and some of the background is sharp when it should not be. It would be helpful if there was an "add" and "subtract" feature to help with these cases.

Not sure if this has been stated/asked, but the ability to brush in an area that the AI missed. I have had a few shots where I've tried the blur effect, and there is a small section of trees below an arm, or between the legs that LR doesn't apply the blur to, so it looks like iPhone portrait mode. Is this something that can be added? Is it already there and I've overlooked it?
