P: The Mac App store Lightroom Plan does not include Lightroom Classic.

I bought a plan 'Lightroom Plan 1TB' which stated it includes Lightroom Classic. But when I go to download it is not enabled for download and it asks me to by another plan, of the same price.  Did I simply buy the wrong plan? People tell me that LrC was included in all Lightroom plans. I can find no way to contact Adobe support to get this resolved. I cannot use Lightroom in the middle of wildlife areas due to network. I need Lightroom classic, pure desktop. I tried to contact Adobe using the chatbot and it simply did not understand anything.

Your plan was purchased via the Mac App Store. That plan does not include Lightroom Classic. If you want Lightroom Classic, you will need to subscribe to the Lr 1 TB plan through Adobe.com instead.

I hope that helps.

I've included a link to the 3 Photography Plans below. The pricing is in £ sterling due to my location, but the plan structure/content should be the same for all locations.

Which of these plans did you subscribe to?

How are you trying to download the software? Please be detailed and specific. What is the exact message you get, word-for-word, verbatim?

If you go to account.adobe.com and sign in, the actual plan you have purchased will appear. Mine looks like this, I have the Photography Plan (20GB), what plan do you have? You have told us what plan you think you have, but we need to know what plan Adobe thinks you have.

All of the plans shown on the link should include Classic, although the graphics along the top seem to suggest otherwise.

To contact Adobe, click on the Chat symbol at the botttom right corner of the page that I provided a link to. You'll need to type 'Agent' to chat with a real person.
