Hallo zusammen
LG Aru

Try resetting the Lightroom Classic preferences. That often works when Lightroom Classic starts doing unusual things.
The preferences do not get reset with an uninstall and reinstall.

If resetting preferences doesn't help, do the LR menu command Help > System Info and copy/paste the entire contents here so we can see exactly which versions of hardware and software LR thinks you're running and important LR options that are set.

@beatrice_5066: "DirectX: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M (24.21.13.9901)
Dedizierter GPU-Speicher, der von Lightroom verwendet wird: 237,6MB / 2010,0MB (11%)"
That graphics driver is seven years old. Update to the latest one by going directly to Nvidia.com:
https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/details/253163/
(Note to others: There is no Studio driver for that GPU.)
Your graphics processor (GPU) is seven years old and barely meets the system requirements for the AI masking commands.
If updating the graphics driver doesn't help, then disable the the Intel integrated GPU as recommended by Adobe; see steps 5 - 6 of solution 4:
