Phantom install of Lightroom 3

Hello,

I am trying to install Nik Collection 6 and it insists that there is an install of Lightroom 3 on my Windows 10 PC.

I do have Lightroom 4 and Lightroom 2023, but no version 3.

Is there any tool I can use to search and destroy LR3 remnants?

I tried the Creative Cloud Cleaner and it did not help.
